How agencies buy airboats from Patriot

Patriot sells to agencies through official government procurement. Each of the routes below has a public award or bid behind it.

  1. Open bids and IFBs

Send the solicitation and Patriot bids to your spec. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office put two airboats out to bid under IFB 23-078. Three builders bid, Patriot won, and the boats were delivered in June 2024.

  2. Quotes and RFQs

Ask for a quote on the boat, the trailer, crew training and delivery. Every fleet is priced case by case, so the quote follows your requirement instead of a catalog.

  3. Federal purchase orders

Patriot is registered in SAM.gov and has filled federal purchase orders for the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and USDA APHIS. Five of its six federal boat orders were small business set-asides, and the Fish and Wildlife Service's 2026 order drew 11 offers. See the award

  4. Urgent and sole-source buys

When the need is urgent or only one builder can meet the requirement, an agency can buy without competition. The Coast Guard's October 2025 order for five boats, placed for the national emergency at the southern border, went to Patriot that way. See the award

PA-FLT 04 / Specification

Built to your bid spec

Patriot runs four standard hulls, all with an 8-foot beam. Agencies can call for special hull sizes and configurations, multi-motor boats included, and Patriot builds to any manufacturer spec or code the contract requires. Every boat in a fleet can be built to match, so crews move between them without relearning anything.

Once your turn in line has come, it takes 17 days to build an airboat. Every boat then gets a final check sheet and a water test under load before it ships.
